01 Reminders

Two reminders before each appointment, with staff notified on the last

Set the main reminder 12, 24, 48, or 72 hours before the appointment. Add a final reminder 1, 2, 3, or 6 hours before, which also notifies the assigned staff member to prepare. Customers choose LINE or email.

  • Main reminder: 12/24/48/72 hours before
  • Final reminder: 1/2/3/6 hours before
  • Final reminder also notifies staff
  • Notifications include a Google Calendar link
An appointment on Oct 10 at 15:30: the main reminder goes out the day before. 1 hour before the start, the customer gets another reminder and the assigned staff member is notified (illustration; times follow your settings).

02 Cancellation rules

Deadlines for cancellations and reschedules

Set how close to the appointment customers can no longer cancel or reschedule on their own: no limit, 1 to 72 hours, 1 week, or not allowed at all. You can also limit how many times a customer can reschedule. Write your cancellation policy and notes in Booking policy. Customers see them on the confirmation page when they book.

  • Deadline: 1 to 72 hours, 1 week, or not allowed
  • Reschedule limit: 0 to 10 times
  • Booking policy shown on the booking page
  • Dashboard changes work anytime, regardless of the deadline
With a 24-hour deadline, customers can reschedule or cancel on their own until the deadline, then need to contact you (illustration).

03 No-show record

No-shows add up, with automatic blocking at your threshold

Mark an appointment as a no-show in the dashboard, and it counts toward the customer’s no-show total. Set a threshold from 1 to 10, and customers who reach it are blocked automatically from booking online. You can also block or unblock customers manually.

  • No-show count recorded on the customer profile
  • Automatic block threshold: 1 to 10
  • Blocks online booking only; sign-in still works
  • Block or unblock manually
When no-shows reach the threshold (3 in this example), the customer is blocked automatically (illustration).

FAQ

Customers choose LINE or email. LINE reminders come from your own LINE Official Account, right in the chat customers already use.

The first reminder goes out earlier. The final reminder goes out closer to the appointment time and also notifies the assigned staff member. You can turn each one on or off and set its timing separately.

Yes. Set a cancellation and reschedule deadline. After it passes, customers can't cancel or reschedule on their own and need to contact you. You can still make changes in the dashboard.

They can't book online through your booking page, but they can still sign in to view their history and cancel or reschedule existing appointments as usual. You can see what triggered the block on their customer profile and unblock them manually at any time.

No-shows are counted on the customer's profile, and the assigned staff member is notified. When the count reaches the threshold you set, the customer can be blocked automatically.

Yes. Leave the threshold empty to turn it off. No-shows are still counted on the customer's profile, and you can block a customer manually when needed.
