Billed per team member
Every team member added to your business counts as one seat, including the Owner and Admins. Customers, students, and venues don’t count as seats.

Adjust your seat count on the Subscription page. It can’t go below your current number of team members. Added seats are prorated for the remaining days. Seat reductions take effect at the start of the next billing period.

LINE notifications use your LINE Official Account’s message quota. Messages beyond the free quota are billed under your LINE plan.

You’re billed by the number of team members added to your business: US$15 per member per month. The Owner and Admins each count as a seat too.
Each team member has their own schedule, services, and performance stats. There are three roles: Owner, Admin, and Member. The Owner and Admins see data for the whole business; Members see only their own.
No. Only team members count as seats. One instructor teaching a class of 20 students is still 1 seat. Private rooms and study rooms that don’t need staff don’t add to your cost, no matter how many you have.
Payments are processed by Creem, a third-party payment provider. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All charges are in USD.
Yes. Monthly billing with no contract — cancel anytime from your dashboard. Service continues until the end of the current period at no extra charge.
